Overview

My Parking Buddy is a personal parking-location utility designed to help users save parking information and return to a saved location.

Guidance only

The app and website provide guidance and convenience features only. GPS positions, place names, walking routes, distances, timings and user-entered parking details may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable.

Parking rules and payments

My Parking Buddy does not pay for parking, confirm that payment has been made, identify parking restrictions or provide official parking information. You are responsible for checking signs, restrictions, payment requirements, expiry times and local rules.

Location accuracy

Location accuracy can be affected by underground parking, multi-storey buildings, tall buildings, signal conditions, device settings and the availability of map or data services. A saved marker may not represent the exact position of a vehicle.

Walking routes and timings

Walking routes, distances and times are estimates supplied using mapping services. Routes may be unavailable, unsuitable, inaccessible, closed or different from the safest or most appropriate route.

User-entered information

You are responsible for checking the location, photos, parking duration, expiry time, notes and other details you save. The app cannot verify that information or know whether parking conditions have changed.

No warranty

While we aim to provide a useful and reliable app, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, completeness or reliability of saved information, map data, routes, timings, photos or other features.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Tools & Tips and the creators of My Parking Buddy accept no liability for parking charges, penalties, fines, towing, missed payments, route errors, inability to locate a vehicle, data loss or other losses arising from use of the app or website.

Local storage and backups

Parking records and photos are designed to be stored locally on the device. You are responsible for your device, its storage, backups and security. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted or lost information.

Third-party services

The app and website may use or link to third-party services including Apple Maps, Apple system services, the Apple App Store and the main Travel Tools & Tips website. We are not responsible for the availability, content or policies of those services.

Changes

We may update the website, app features or these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
